Filmmaker Vikram Bhatt recently shared his thoughts on Aamir Khan’s relationship with Gauri Spratt, emphasizing that age should never be a barrier to finding love.
Aamir, known for keeping his personal life private, surprised many when he introduced Gauri to the media on his 60th birthday. Addressing the curiosity surrounding their relationship, Bhatt expressed his support, stating in an interview with *ETimes*, “If I can marry at 50, why can’t Aamir find a partner at 60? Age is just a number.” He explained that as people grow older, relationships shift from passion to companionship, providing emotional comfort and support. Bhatt wished Aamir happiness in this new phase of his life.
Aamir recently opened up about his bond with Gauri, revealing that they had known each other for over 25 years but only grew closer in the past two years. He described Gauri as a source of peace and calm in his life. While deeply committed to her, he mentioned that marriage didn’t feel necessary at this stage, saying, “At 60, marriage may not suit me.”
Despite his stance on marriage, Aamir has fully embraced his relationship with Gauri, introducing her to his family, including his children and ex-wives. He has also introduced her to close friends from the industry, including Shah Rukh Khan and Salman Khan, who have warmly welcomed her, marking a promising beginning for their journey together.
