Actor Sonakshi Sinha has recently acquired a lavish apartment in Bandra worth Rs 11 crore, situated in a prestigious high-rise building. The assessment of documents conducted by Zapkey reveals that Sinha’s new residence spans across a vast area of 2208.77 square feet, located on the 26th floor of 81 Aureate at Bandra Reclamation.
In addition to the expansive flat, Sinha’s property includes an extra 348 square feet allocated for niche, lobby, and AHU (Air Handling Unit). Furthermore, the seller, Pyramid Developers, has provided the buyer with four car parking spaces. The registration process for this upscale property was completed in August 2023.
Upon acquiring this luxurious residence, Sinha paid Rs 55 lakh as stamp duty fees and Rs 30,000 as registration fees to the state exchequer. Additionally, the buyer was granted a one percent concession on the stamp duty fees.
This purchase adds to Sinha’s real estate portfolio, as she had previously invested in her first home in Bandra in 2020, valued at Rs 14 crore.
