Ayushmann Khurrana, a beloved actor, is widely adored by millions. His wife, Tahira Kashyap, is known for her work as a writer and filmmaker. Both are prominent figures often approached by enthusiastic fans seeking photos with them.
While Ayushmann thrives in the limelight, he holds a different view when it comes to his children being exposed publicly. In a recent interview, he opened up about his reasons.
Ayushmann Khurrana is adamant about shielding his children, son Virajveer and daughter Varushka, from the paparazzi. Despite enjoying his own fame, he wants his kids to experience a normal childhood, away from the glitz and glamor of showbiz. Speaking to Forbes India, the actor expressed his desire to provide them with the most natural and non-celebrity-like life possible. This is why he avoids discussing them publicly and refrains from taking them to social gatherings.
Ayushmann emphasized that he doesn’t arrange for media coverage of his children because he believes they should live a wholesome life. He wants them to grow up surrounded by friends from various backgrounds and sections of society, experiencing the true diversity of India. “They should be exposed to the real India, not just the rich and famous. So, we want to keep it like that,” Ayushmann concluded.
In another gesture of admiration, Ayushmann Khurrana recently penned an emotional tribute to his wife Tahira Kashyap. Her film, “Sharmajee Ki Beti,” debuted on an OTT platform, prompting Ayushmann to publicly applaud her hard work, resilience, and determination. He shared several photos of Tahira, highlighting the multiple reasons he is proud of her.
In his heartfelt message, Ayushmann wrote, “Every day there are more reasons to be awed by you, by your resilience, by your passion for life, for work, for family. Your soul reflects in everything you touch which is why #SharmajeeKiBeti is such a special film. You fought through the most difficult time of your life during the journey of this film. Maybe this is why #SharmajeeKiBeti is such a heart-tugging story.”
