Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant, the son and daughter-in-law of Indian billionaires Mukesh and Nita Ambani, were spotted leaving the Nita Mukesh Ambani Cultural Centre (NMACC) in Mumbai, holding hands after attending the much-awaited Dua Lipa concert.
The concert, held at Mumbai’s Bandra Kurla Complex (BKC), was a glamorous event featuring Grammy-winning pop star Dua Lipa as the headliner for the second edition of the Zomato Feeding India Concert. In addition to Lipa’s performance, the event also showcased artists like Jonita Gandhi and Talwiinder. The concert, aimed at supporting Zomato’s Feeding India initiative, drew a high-profile crowd.
Dua Lipa, 29, arrived in Mumbai on Thursday and was seen dining with her boyfriend, actor Callum Turner, at the popular Bandra restaurant, Veronica’s. During her stay, Lipa shared her fondness for India, telling Variety, “One of the best parts about touring the world is getting to be a tourist in so many new places. I always find the best things to do when I’m in Asia, and definitely in India. Last time I visited, I met so many warm and kind people.”
Dua Lipa’s last performance in India was in 2019. She also visited Delhi and Jodhpur in Rajasthan with her family during a vacation in December of the previous year.
In a separate development, Zomato CEO Deepinder Goyal criticized those seeking free tickets for the concert. He encouraged people to purchase tickets and support the cause, posting on X (formerly Twitter), “No special favours – even for me. I just paid for my tickets on the @zomato app for the Feeding India concert. Please buy yours too and support the cause.”
