Samantha Ruth Prabhu recently shared her experience of a life-changing three-day silent retreat. Taking to Instagram Stories, the actress revealed that she spent the time in complete silence, without a phone or any communication, and found the experience deeply fulfilling.
“Three days of silence. No phone. No communication. Just me for company. Somehow, being alone with ourselves has become one of the scariest things. Would I do it again? A million times, yes. Would I recommend you try it? A million times, yes,” she wrote.
Samantha’s revelation resonated with fans, especially as she has been vocal about her wellness journey, self-care, and personal struggles. The actress has often shared insights into her mindfulness practices, fitness routines, and healing process.
A Lively Public Appearance
Just days before her retreat, Samantha made a vibrant public appearance at a college fest in Chennai. She delighted the crowd by performing on stage with students, dancing to her hit song Dippam Dappam from Kaathuvaakula Rendu Kaadhal. Dressed in a chic white outfit paired with a blue and white tassel skirt, she looked stunning while engaging with the audience.
Exciting Projects Ahead
On the professional front, Samantha was last seen in Citadel: Honey Bunny, the Indian adaptation of the Citadel franchise directed by Raj & DK. She starred alongside Varun Dhawan, with a supporting cast featuring Kay Kay Menon, Simran, and Sikandar Kher.
Looking ahead, she is set to appear in Netflix’s upcoming web series Rakt Brahmand: The Bloody Kingdom, where she will share the screen with Aditya Roy Kapur, Wamiqa Gabbi, and Ali Fazal. This fantasy action drama is among the most anticipated projects in the streaming space.
