Shah Rukh Khan Rents Luxury Duplex Apartments in Mumbai’s Pali Hill
Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan has leased two lavish duplex apartments in Mumbai’s upscale Pali Hill area for an annual rent of ₹2.9 crore, according to data analytics firm Zapkey.
As per the leave and license agreements registered on February 14, the actor has rented these apartments in a building named Puja Casa in Khar. The total monthly rent for both properties is ₹24.15 lakh. One of the duplexes is owned by Jackky Bhagnani and his sister, Deepshikha Deshmukh, while the other belongs solely to Jackky Bhagnani. The agreements are set for a duration of 36 months.

In Dubai, he possesses a lavish villa on Palm Jumeirah, aptly named Jannat, which was gifted to him by real estate giant Nakheel PJSC. Valued at ₹100 crore, the opulent home features six bedrooms, two remote-controlled garages, a private pool, and direct waterfront access. Its interiors were designed by his wife, Gauri Khan, adding a personal touch to its grandeur.
