Kannada star Yash credits his achievements to his unwavering commitment and the steadfast support of his family, especially his wife, Radhika Pandit.
In a recent interview, Yash highlighted Radhika’s crucial influence on his career, acknowledging that he has made some “crazy” choices and describing himself as “difficult” to live with. “We’ve truly grown together. I feel fortunate in that regard. It’s not easy to be my partner when my decisions and career choices get so wild. The last few years have been particularly hectic, especially with my investment of time in KGF,” he said in an interview with *The Hollywood Reporter India*.
Yash expressed that Radhika has been his greatest support and that they have matured alongside each other. He views her first as a friend, then as a wife. “She understands what I enjoy, and she’s never asked me about the financial gains from my films. Her only concern is whether I am happy. It might sound too good to be true, but that’s genuinely how it is.”
He noted that Radhika’s unwavering trust allows him to make bold career decisions without second-guessing himself. Although her main expectations are “attention and time,” he finds it challenging to balance this with his busy schedule. “It’s tough for me, but it’s my responsibility, and I do my best. Otherwise, it would be hard for someone like me to pursue my passions freely,” he shared.
Yash believes that without Radhika’s support, pursuing his passions would have been far more difficult. Thankfully, his family encourages him to take risks and prioritize his happiness. “They all want me to follow my own path and enjoy the journey,” he added.
Yash and Radhika Pandit, a well-known and highly paid actress in Kannada cinema, married on December 9, 2016, and have two children together. Radhika last starred in the 2019 romantic comedy *Aadi Lakshmi Puraana* and has taken a break from acting since their marriage and the arrival of their kids. Meanwhile, Yash has risen to pan-India fame following the success of *KGF 1* and *KGF 2*, with his next film titled *Toxic*.
