“Vikrant Massey Reveals His Mother’s Advice on Living with Sheetal Thakur Before Marriage and Reflects on Their Early Romance”.

Vikrant Massey and Sheetal Thakur consistently set couple goals, and they recently took a significant step in their lives by becoming parents to their first child, Vardaan.

In a recent interview, Vikrant disclosed that his mother was the one who advised him to live with Sheetal before their marriage.

During a conversation with YouTuber AminJaz on the Untriggered podcast, Vikrant shared, “Sheetal and I have been together for nearly ten years, and we were in a relationship for about eight years before we got married. It was my mother who suggested that we live together beforehand. Fortunately, my parents are very progressive. My mother grew up in Bombay (Mumbai) in 1962, completed her high school education, and was quite forward-thinking. She enjoyed music from bands like ABBA and Boney M, wore stilettos, and read authors like Sidney Sheldon and Jawaharlal Nehru. Her advice to live together was beneficial for us. It allowed us to see different facets of each other, which, for me, is true companionship.” Vikrant also recounted the beginnings of their romance, saying it was a case of “love at third sight.” By the third meeting, they felt a strong attraction and decided to acknowledge it. He explained that initial meetings involved contemplation and evaluation before reaching that point of attraction.

Vikrant reminisced about an early crush he had in the 7th grade, describing it as a beautiful experience that gave him butterflies, even though he now recognizes it wasn’t true love. During school recess, he would eagerly look for her and felt elated by any eye contact and smiles.

Regarding his professional life, Vikrant will next appear in the film *Fir Aayi Hasseen Dilruba*, which also stars Taapsee Pannu and Sunny Kaushal.
