These properties belong to filmmaker *Vashu Bhagnani* and are registered under his wife *Pooja’s* name. Notably, actor *Jackky Bhagnani* owns one apartment in the same building, while producer *Deepshikha Deshmukh* owns another. During his stay, Shah Rukh Khan will be neighbors with Vashu Bhagnani, his wife Pooja, Jackky Bhagnani, his wife *Rakul Preet Singh*, and Deepshikha Deshmukh.
Rent and Lease Details
The first apartment has been leased to Shah Rukh Khan for a monthly rent of **₹11.54 lakh**, with a security deposit of **₹32.97 lakh**. The second apartment, owned by Vashu Bhagnani, has a rent of **₹12.61 lakh per month**, requiring a deposit of **₹36 lakh**. In total, Shah Rukh Khan has leased **four floors** in the building and will be residing there for the next three years.
