In a surprising development, Payal Malik, recently evicted from Bigg Boss OTT 3, has announced her decision to separate from Armaan Malik.
While Armaan remains on the show with his second wife, Kritika, Payal has faced considerable backlash and trolling regarding their marriage. She expressed that the negativity has begun affecting her children, prompting her to take this step.
In a vlog, Payal stated, “I am done with the drama and hate. When it was just about me, I could handle it, but now it’s affecting my kids. This is shocking and disgusting. I have decided to part ways with Armaan for this reason. He can stay with Kritika while I take care of the kids.”
She continued, “I know Golu won’t stay without Zaid, so perhaps she can keep him, and I’ll leave with my three kids. People are not happy with her polygamy, and I can no longer tolerate the hate. It’s infuriating.”
“Either the three of us separate, or two, or one. That’s all that can happen. They don’t know what’s going on outside. I know what’s happening; so much hate, trolling, abuse in life. My decision is final. Children should not be exposed to these things. Parents can handle these things,” she asserted.
In a recent interview, Payal discussed Armaan’s second marriage to Kritika, emphasizing that they never endorsed polygamy and no woman should endure what she did. “I think there’s no greater pain for a woman than seeing her husband bring another woman home. I don’t think anyone can tolerate it,” Payal told India Today.
She also revealed that Armaan’s second marriage deeply affected her, leading to their separation for a year. “I couldn’t live without Armaan ji, and neither could Kritika. He refused to leave either of us. His remarriage shattered me, and I spent almost a year abroad with my son, facing numerous challenges. When I returned, we decided to reconcile our differences. Today, we are happily living together as a family, and I believe nothing will separate us again,” she explained.
Armaan Malik married Payal in 2011, and they have a son named Chirayu Malik. In 2018, Armaan married Payal’s close friend Kritika without formally ending his first marriage. Armaan made headlines on December 4, 2022, announcing simultaneous pregnancies with Kritika and Payal. Currently, Armaan is a father to four children: Chirayu, Tuba, Ayan, and Zaid.
