Naga Chaitanya and Sobhita Dhulipala recently made headlines with the announcement of their engagement. Last month, the couple officially began their wedding celebrations.
Ahead of their wedding, their wedding invitation was leaked online and quickly went viral across social media platforms.
The wedding invitation blends traditional South Indian elements with a touch of sophistication. It features symbols like temple bells, which represent new beginnings and blessings, brass lamps at the bottom, a temple in the background, as well as a cow and banana leaves along the borders. The design is presented in a pastel color palette.
The viral wedding card starts with the warm announcement, “We are delighted to announce the wedding of Sobhita Dhulipala and Naga Chaitanya,” and ends with a sweet note: “Your good wishes and blessings are much appreciated on this special occasion.”
The wedding invitation has also revealed important details about the wedding date and venue. The couple, who began their pre-wedding rituals last month, are reportedly scheduled to marry on December 4, 2024, at Annapurna Studios in Hyderabad. Along with the wedding card, a gift for the guests was also leaked—a bucket filled with thoughtful items, including an ikkat-printed outfit and a jasmine garland.
Earlier, the bride-to-be, Sobhita Dhulipala, looked stunning in a pink Kanjivaram saree as she marked the start of her pre-wedding customs with the ‘Pasupu Danchatam,’ a significant Telugu ritual that signals the beginning of wedding festivities. Dhulipala looked breathtaking in the traditional Kanjivaram silk saree, which was a gift from her mother-in-law.
