Malaika Arora is currently in Melbourne, Australia, for the 2024 Indian Film Festival of Melbourne (IFFM) and has shared photos from her visit on Instagram.
Attending the 15th Indian Film Festival of Melbourne, Malaika posted a photo album documenting her first day in the city. Her caption read, “Hello Melbourne. Day1 #iffm @iffmelbourne,” and included images of her with Karan Johar, exploring Melbourne’s attractions, and a group photo with Karan, Kartik Aaryan, Lakshya, Kabir Khan, and others. She also showcased her glamorous ethnic outfit for the festival’s opening night.
For her exploration of Melbourne with Karan Johar, Malaika wore a beige tweed blazer and skirt set. The oversized blazer featured notch lapels, full-length sleeves, padded shoulders, an open front, and curved hems, while the pleated mini skirt had a low waistline and a black leather belt. She paired this outfit with a black cropped blouse, a red handbag, and black thigh-high boots, completing her look with minimal makeup and a messy low bun.
For the IFFM opening night, Malaika, styled by Tanya Ghavri, wore a sindoori red saree from Jayanti Reddy Couture. The saree, with its pre-pleated design and floor-length pallu, was paired with a statement blouse featuring zari embroidery and a deep neckline. She accessorized with a choker, a multi-layered Kundan necklace, bangles, kadhas, and earrings. Her makeup included gold eyeshadow, darkened brows, mascara, winged eyeliner, berry lipstick, rouge-tinted cheeks, and a center-parted bun.
