Celebrating KL Rahul’s birthday, the couple shared their first picture with their newborn daughter on Instagram today. In the touching image, KL Rahul is seen gently holding their baby while Athiya looks on with a warm, candid smile.
They captioned the post, “Our baby girl, our everything. Evaarah / इवारा ~ Gift of God.”
The post quickly received an outpouring of love and blessings from fans, friends, and celebrities. Anushka Sharma reacted with a heart emoji, while Samantha Ruth Prabhu and others offered congratulatory messages and best wishes for the baby.
KL Rahul and Suniel Shetty acquire 7-acre land near Mumbai for ₹9.85 crore
Just before his birthday, KL Rahul, in partnership with his father-in-law Suniel Shetty, purchased a vast 7-acre plot in Thane’s Owale area, located between Anand Nagar and Kasarvadavali. The site is favored for its strong connectivity to both Thane’s business districts and Mumbai.
As reported by a top media outlet, the land deal was finalized for ₹9.85 crore and was registered in March 2025, as per official data from the Inspector General of Registration (IGR), accessed via Square Yards. The transaction included a stamp duty of ₹68.96 lakh and a registration fee of ₹30,000.
So far, neither Rahul nor Suniel Shetty has disclosed their intentions for the newly acquired land.
KL Rahul and Athiya tied the knot on January 23, 2023, in a private ceremony at Suniel Shetty’s farmhouse in Khandala.
