Karan Kundrra Purchased a Flat for ₹14 Crore in Bandra!!

Television sensation Karan Kundrra had purchased a luxurious sea-facing residence in Bandra, Mumbai, for a reported sum of Rs 14 crore, according to sources. The apartment, rumored to boast a private lift and swimming pool, added to Kundrra’s opulent lifestyle.

Real estate expert Varun Singh, founder of SquareFeatIndia.com, a real estate news portal, confirmed this acquisition, stating that documents accessed by their team indicated Kundrra’s purchase of a flat situated on the 12th floor of 81 Aureate in Bandra. The transaction for the apartment, valued at ₹14 crore, was finalized as per records.

In addition to the apartment, Kundrra secured access to three parking spaces within the building. The registration process, completed on May 13, 2022, incurred a stamp duty of ₹81.81 lakh for the 5238 sq ft area of the purchased apartment.

Meanwhile, cricketer Prithvi Shaw had also made headlines recently for his acquisition of a residence within the same building. Shaw procured a flat on the 8th floor for ₹10.5 crore. With 81 luxurious flats spread across 26 floors, 81 Aureate lived up to its name, offering a high-end residential experience in the heart of Bandra.
