Recently, the Moradabad court issued an attachment warrant against Sonakshi Sinha’s staff, including her manager, for their non-appearance at an event despite receiving payment. This legal action marks a significant development in a case dating back to 2019.
The background of the case reveals that on September 30, 2018, Sonakshi Sinha was slated to attend a public event. Despite finalizing terms and receiving payment through her managers Malvika Punjabi, Dhumil Thakkar, Edgar Sakariya, and Abhishek Sinha, the actress and her team failed to show up. This prompted Pramod Sharma, the manager of the event company and the aggrieved party, to file an FIR against Sinha and her associates on February 22, 2019.

Advocate PK Goswami, representing the victim, noted that while Sonakshi Sinha obtained a stay order from the Allahabad High Court, her associates have yet to appear in court.
