Bengali singer & composer ” Anupam Roy ” is all set to tie the knot for the third time.

Bengali composer-singer, Anupam Roy, gained widespread recognition in Tollywood with hit songs like “Amake Amar Moto Thakte Dao” and “Benche Thakar Gaan,” featured in the 2010 film “Autograph.” He made his Bollywood debut in 2015 with the movie “Piku.” Anupam’s personal life includes two marriages.
Anupam’s first marriage, before his fame, remains relatively unknown. His second marriage, in 2015, was to Piya Chakraborty, a mental health activist. Unfortunately, their marriage ended in 2021.
Now, Anupam Roy is preparing for his third marriage. He is set to wed Prashmita Paul on March 2, 2024, in a private ceremony in South Kolkata. The couple, who began dating a year ago, decided to take this step together. Anupam described the upcoming event as an intimate affair with close friends and family.
When questioned about his previous relationships, Anupam chose not to dwell on the past, focusing instead on starting anew. He expressed confidence that their loved ones would support them in their journey forward.
Prashmita Paul, known for her song “Sajna” featured in the film “Bojhena Shey Bojhena,” met Anupam in a studio, leading to their romance. They both preferred a simple wedding, not wanting a grand celebration. Prashmita acknowledged the likelihood of facing criticism but remained unperturbed, prioritizing their happiness.
Meanwhile, Anupam’s second wife, Piya Chakraborty, married Bengali actor Parambrata Chatterjee in a low-key ceremony in November 2023.
