At LFW x FDCI on Day 3, actress-filmmaker Divya Khosla epitomized regal elegance in a creation by renowned designer Rajdeep Ranawat. She dazzled in a lehenga paired with a halter blouse and cape-styled jacket adorned with scallop details, exuding sheer beauty.
Ranawat drew inspiration for his collection from the opulent jewels of the Nizams, which left a lasting impression on him during a museum visit two decades ago. He fused this inspiration with 18th-century tapestry and motifs from his European travels to create a classy yet ornate ensemble, showcased by Divya as the showstopper.
Dubbed the Nizam collection, Ranawat’s range featured a color palette dominated by black, white, moss green, and red, accented with touches of gold for added glamour. The silhouettes were characterized by fluidity and included dresses, pants, gowns, cover-ups, monokinis, capes, halters, dhoti pants, blouses with exaggerated sleeves, and lehengas.
In terms of upcoming projects, Divya Khosla is gearing up for her Telugu debut in “Hero Heroine,” directed by Suresh Krishna.
