Bollywood actress Sonakshi Sinha recently experienced a notable incident at an airport security check when she was asked to remove her sunglasses. This event attracted significant media attention and highlighted the rigorous security measures in place at airports.
In a video shared by a paparazzo, Sonakshi is seen undergoing a security check at Mumbai’s Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport. She was dressed in a black blazer, blue jeans, a matching bag, and black glasses. During the process, a police officer requested her ID card and, after examining the photo, asked her to take off her sunglasses for verification. Sonakshi complied with a smile, allowing the verification to proceed without issues.
Despite her celebrity status, Sonakshi Sinha was subjected to the same security protocols as any other passenger. The viral video underscored the necessity of following protocols regardless of one’s fame. The clip received praise from netizens, with comments applauding the security officer’s adherence to the rules. One user wrote, “A big big salute to the officer,” while another remarked, “Your country’s celebrities think of themselves very highly, it is repulsive.” Another comment noted, “This celebrity is of no use to the nation.”
Sonakshi is well-known for her roles in films such as “Dabangg,” “Rowdy Rathore,” “Double XL,” “Kalank,” “Son of Sardaar,” and “Lootera.” She recently married Zaheer Iqbal in a civil court ceremony attended by family and close friends, followed by a grand reception in Mumbai.
On July 26, Sonakshi stirred excitement on the internet with throwback photos from her second bachelorette party. She posted the pictures on social media with the caption, “Believe it or not…Another #throwback from my bachelorette… can you guess the theme?”
